Terms & Conditions for Advanstar Competitions

ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any brand licensing industry professional resident in the UK who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Advanstar Communications or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

TO ENTER:
Complete the entry form by clicking here and submit your details as indicated. Entries will not be returned. No purchase entry. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Advanstar Communications reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

TIMING:
This competition runs from 23rd January 2012 until 5pm on 14th September 2012. Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible for the competition.

USE OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will not be used for future Advanstar marketing activity.

SELECTION OF FINALISTS:
The panel will select a shortlist of 4 finalists. These will be announced on 20^th September 2012. Each finalist will present their entry to the jury on Thursday 18^th October at 1pm in the Licensing Academy at Brand Licensing Europe 2012.

PRIZE:
The winner will receive a fully furnished nine square metre stand at Brand Licensing Europe 2012 (with all the marketing and promotional support associated with exhibiting at the show) so that they can return to market the property to the European licensing industry next year.

WINNERS LIST:
The winner will be selected during the License This! final taking place on Thursday 18th October 2012 at 1pm.

OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Advanstar Communication’s decision shall be final. Advanstar Communicatiomns reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
