Marta Ballesteros holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration and has been working in the licensing business for over 17 years.
Marta started her career at Deloitte, where she lead financial and strategic consultancy projects for International groups.
She was headhunted to join Chupa Chups licensing division in 2001 as a Category Manager to support the international licensing business. Currently she co manages the division and leverages it to be recognized as one of the key players in the F&B licensing industry.
Marta’s extensive experience in the industry includes in-depth knowledge about best-in-class licensees, retailers, merchandising, publishing, marketing, promotions and events. Her main responsibilities include the licensing strategy, pitching, and client relationship management. Having a background in finance, Marta is the numbers wizard of the PvM Licensing business.
In view of the successful expansion of the Chupa Chups lifestyle licensing program, the brand owner Perfetti Van Melle Group has appointed Marta to internationally develop the Food&Beverage licensing expansion for the brand, as well as new licensing opportunities for other Perfetti Van Melle brands, such as Mentos.
