Event registration
Is the event free to attend?
Yes! Brand Licensing Europe is free to attend for all.
Can I register when I arrive at the venue?
We are asking all attendees and exhibitors to register and print their badge before coming to BLE. We strongly recommend that you register ahead of time, as you will be asked to register on your mobile phone at the venue which could delay access.
Do I need to print my badge at home?
All attendees and exhibitors will need to print their badge BEFORE coming to the event to help minimize queues and speed up access to the event. You will receive your badge one week before the show starts to be printed at home.
I haven't received my "print at home" badge. Can this be re-issued?
Badges will be sent one week before the event - please check your junk or spam. If you still haven't received them, please contact our customer service team at blecustomerservice@informa.com.
Can I register my colleagues?
You can easily register your colleagues using the online registration portal that you used to register yourself or share the link with them to register directly.
Please note that you must have consent from them before sharing their personal contact details.
What is your age policy?
Brand Licensing Europe is exclusively for business professionals and enforces a strict 18+ entry policy. For safety, insurance, and security reasons, individuals under 18 are not allowed in the exhibit halls. Talent and performers must obtain pre-approved authorisation by contacting the team in advance. Security conducts spot checks and ID verification at the entrance.
Student Passes
Brand Licensing Europe is a trade event with a strict 18+ entry policy. Students or groups may only attend through pre-approved, invite-only programs sanctioned by the Brand Licensing Europe team. Unauthorised individuals or groups will be denied entry.
Babe in Arms Policy
Brand Licensing Europe is exclusively for business professionals and enforces a strict no under-18 policy. However, exceptions are made for "babes in arms" who cannot be without their parent. Entry is permitted during live show hours only, with pre-approved authorisation required by contacting BLEcustomerservice@informa.com. Approval of this will be up to the discretion of a member of the Brand Licensing Europe team. Parents must sign a child waiver, ensure the child wears a wristband throughout, and keep the baby accompanied at all times. By 5 PM, when social activities begin, all babies must leave the show floor. Pushchairs are not permitted on the show floor and must be stored in the ExCeL cloakroom.
