How can I register for a showcase at Brand Licensing Europe?
Showcases are invitation only, and invite lists are managed entirely by the entertainment studios. Anonymous showcase timetables will be made available on the website, but only for the purposes of your schedule. To know which studio is producing each showcase, or if you believe you should be invited to one, please contact the studios directly.
I am an editor/publisher/member of the media. How can I attend this show?
Press accreditation is granted on an approval basis. Media representatives seeking press credentials should complete the standard registration process, ensuring "press" is selected as the company type during registration. Applicants will receive notification regarding the status of their press accreditation request following review.

Can I register and pay when I arrive at the event?
While onsite registration is available, we strongly advise that you register in advance to avoid any entry fees. By registering in advance, you'll benefit from complimentary Standard Pass access to the show as from Monday 5th October, entry will cost £30 for the Standard Pass.
We highly recommend completing the registration process beforehand by visiting our website or following the provided link. Should you have any issues or questions during the registration process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do I need to print my badge at home?
All attendees and exhibitors will need to print their badge BEFORE coming to the event to help minimize queues and speed up access to the event. You will receive your badge one week before the show starts to be printed at home.
I haven't received my "print at home" badge. Can this be re-issued?
Badges will be sent one week before the event - please check your junk or spam. If you still haven't received them, please contact our customer service team at blecustomerservice@informa.com.
Can I register my colleagues?
Each person must register individually using the online registration - share the link with them to register directly.
Please note that you must have consent from them before sharing their personal contact details.
Can I register multiple attendees as a group for Brand Licensing Europe 2026?
Unfortunately, our current registration system does not support group registration functionality. Each attendee must complete their registration individually through our online registration platform.
How can I make a payment?
Payment is by credit card only, and all major credit cards are accepted. Once registered, you will receive a tax receipt via your confirmation email. If you encounter issues with payment, contact blecustomerservice@informa.com who can assist you further.
Do you have an age policy?
Brand Licensing Europe is exclusively for business professionals and enforces a strict 18+ entry policy. For safety, insurance, and security reasons, individuals under 18 are not allowed in the exhibit halls. Talent and performers must obtain pre-approved authorisation by contacting the team in advance. Security conducts spot checks and ID verification at the entrance.
Student Passes
Brand Licensing Europe is a trade event with a strict 18+ entry policy. Students or groups may only attend through pre-approved, invite-only programs sanctioned by the Brand Licensing Europe team. Unauthorised individuals or groups will be denied entry.
Babe in Arms Policy
Brand Licensing Europe is exclusively for business professionals and enforces a strict no under-18 policy. However, exceptions are made for "babes in arms" who cannot be without their parent. Entry is permitted during live show hours only, with pre-approved authorisation required by contacting BLEcustomerservice@informa.com. Approval of this will be up to the discretion of a member of the Brand Licensing Europe team. Parents must sign a child waiver, ensure the child wears a wristband throughout, and keep the baby accompanied at all times. By 5 PM, when social activities begin, all babies must leave the show floor. Pushchairs are not permitted on the show floor and must be stored in the ExCeL cloakroom.

What options are there for food or drink at the event?
There are plenty of food & beverage options all around ExCeL London, ranging from freshly baked pastries to a steak at The Bridge restaurant. Find out more on ExCeL's website here.
There's also a number of bars, restaurants and eateries in the local area.
Is there free WiFi at the event?
There is free WiFi throughout the venue and access details will be available when you log on at the venue - simply follow the steps on your device to access.
How do I find my way around the event?
The event will have 'You are Here' boards and directional signage throughout. For all the show information, exhibitor list and floorplan, make sure to pick up your copy of the Show Dailies which will contain this year's event guide.
How does the Event Planner work?
Once registered, you will be sent login details via the email address: ble@eventnetworking.com.
You can browse the complete exhibitor list, the brand & IP directory, and send and receive meeting requests. Access depends on your attendance type – see Brand Licensing Europe’s admission policy. Find out more about how to navigate the platform here.
How do meeting credits / requests work?
Meeting credits/requests are your way to send meeting invites to exhibitors and other visitors with our Event Planner (visitors only available with Networking + upgrade).
You are limited on the number of meeting requests you can have pending by your credits.
Once your meeting is confirmed or rejected you credit will be topped up.
You can also recall pending invites to have the credit returned If meeting is rejected you will also get the credit returned.
Invites you receive from other visitors or exhibitors does not impact your own number of credits
Are there any networking activities at the event?
We will communicate all networking opportunities closer to the show - look out for our emails or visit the ‘What’s On’ page.
How do I sign up to attend educational content/sessions?
All keynotes, education, and networking sessions that take place at the License Global Main Stage and The Networking Hub are free of charge to attend and seats are based on a first come, first served basis.
Does the venue have disabled access?
ExCeL London is able to provide wheelchairs to visitors free of charge - these can be hired from both ends of the venue. Find out more on ExCeL's website here.
Ticket Options
I am a retailer – how do I claim the free Retail Pass?
All Retail Pass applications must be verified according to Brand Licensing Europe’s qualification criteria. To apply, simply fill out the registration form, making sure you label your business as ‘Retail.’ If approved, you will receive an email confirming your Retail Pass. If not approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to buy a Standard Pass.
Retail Qualification Rules:
You must work for an established retail business selling licensed products direct to consumer. Your role should be focused on licensing in third party IP. If you are attending the show to license out your brand, please register for a Standard Pass.
Businesses which supply retailers do not qualify. Marketplaces and small businesses selling in marketplaces do not qualify. A previous retail pass does not guarantee approval in 2026.
Please note that our Pass types and criteria have been developed in line with exhibitor feedback and will facilitate the most productive time at the show for all.

I am a Service Provider – what pass is for me?
Service Providers can purchase the Standard Pass and get all the benefits, apart from meeting credits to send to exhibitors. You still get access to The Event Planner and can receive meeting invites. To be able to send meeting invites to exhibitors, you need to purchase the Service Provider+ Pass for £349.
Service providers are classed as companies or individual that offers specialised services to support the licensing process. These services may include legal advice, contract management, royalty tracking, marketing, product development, or retail distribution, helping licensors and licensees effectively manage and maximize their licensing agreements.
Can I upgrade my pass after initial registration?
Yes, most upgrade options can be purchased after your initial registration. To do this, you will need the registration key from the registration confirmation email you received when you got your initial ticket. Follow this link and put in the registration to add any of the upgrades.

I am an Exhibitor, how do I register?
Admission is free of charge to all participating exhibitors, and their staff and contractors.
Exhibitors must register using only their company specific exhibitor registration link to prevent paying an admission fee. This will have been emailed to the main contact in charge of your booth operations. If you need to access the link, please contact BLEcustomerservice@informa.com.
I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
